...When you lose a precious thing, or a friend moves away...it's something like that. But much, much worse.

...The feeling from today...It's like having a fork stabbed into your heart, and twisted around. It's a feeling of powerlessness, guilt...and thinking about it makes the fork twist a bit more.

This sounds...completely different from what I am feeling now.
Watching you and the others, I do not know what to do. I am not in pain, or powerless...yet I wish I could do more.
The more I think about it, the more I feel I should be doing something.
