itp BF testruns EVERY SINGLE FUCKING DARK SOULS CHARACTER, all for mayfield
1. GWYN, LORD OF CINDER
[Night has fallen over Mayfield. The phone network isn't particularly busy right now; most people are in their beds, sound asleep and perhaps dreaming of home. It seems, however, that you are not the only one with insomnia; someone else is on the line.
An old man, his voice weary and just a little afraid, speaks seemingly to himself.]
Another day dies. Night falls once more... The light is swallowed, forgotten, and all that remains is darkness.
Ha. Hahaha... Pathetic. The Lord of Sunlight, king of the gods... cowering before nightfall like a frightened child. A wretched jest, this.
Pray, if any ear wouldst lend itself to my words, let its owner speak now. I would hear your voice.
I should like to know that I am not alone.
2. DARK SUN GWYNDOLIN
[Is the person speaking so indignantly over the phone a man or a woman? It's kind of hard to tell...]
Is there a single being in this town that recognizes divinity when they see it? To be treated so crassly by mere mortals... insults I have borne in the past, but never on a level such as this.
[Gwyndolin sighs.] Perhaps I complain overmuch. Even a god has need of humility. There are lessons to be learned, even here.
On that note... Should there be any who wish to honor the gods here I, Dark Sun Gwyndolin, am ever willing to take converts to the Darkmoon Blades. If thou seeketh to punish the wicked and uphold the laws of the divine, swear covenant to me, and my power will be at thine side.
3. KNIGHT SOLAIRE
[Is that man standing on the roof?
That man is definitely standing on the roof.
It's the crack of dawn, and you've been awakened by the sound of footsteps on your roof. You stuck your head out the window to find... a man in casual Mayfield pajamas, with a medieval iron helmet on his head. He waves at you and calls down cheerfully when he notices you.]
Ah, hullo! Oh dear; did I awaken you? Shame, that- I thought this house was filled only with drones! Haha, my mistake- you have my sincerest apologies, but your house simply has the greatest view of the morning sun.
[He gestures towards the sunrise- admittedly, it is pretty beautiful.] Magnificent, is it not? Even in a terrible place such as this, the sun shines down ever brightly. Does it not give you hope for a better day?
4. CHAOS WITCH QUELAAG
Awaken, love...
[Yep, that sure is a naked woman floating outside your window.
It's midnight, and you were sound asleep, until you heard her crooning. Now you're awake, and there's a beautiful topless woman looking at you from outside your window.
Your second story window.
Her breasts are covered by her hair strands, but there's no denying she's intensely beautiful, and her eyes smoulder with lust.]
Come to the window, won't you? Let me touch your face. You've no idea how lonely it's been here... I need someone to make me feel human again. I... I need you.
[A tempting offer, to be sure, but despite her beauty, the hairs on the back of your neck are standing up. Something's wrong here...]
5. THE FAIR LADY
[Here, in the basement of her house, lays the Fair Lady. And fair she is, indeed- from the waist up, anyway. Her pale, rail-thin form shivers with cold, and more than a bit of pain; her last regain was not one she wanted.
The bottom half of her body is that of a massive spider, though the legs are unmoving and covered in cobwebs. Her lower body's abdomen is covered in oozing sacs that could either be eggs or sores; possibly both. Her skin, her webs, her hair; all are snow-white, and her eyes are no exception. She is clearly blind.
The girl's voice, when she speaks, is so frail and wavery that it's as though you could have imagined it; as though it were more of a thought than a spoken word.]
...who...
...who is there? Quelaag? Sister... is that you? I had the strangest dream. I was in a strange town, and I was human again, and there were many others, many new friends, and the pain was gone...
But I am sure it was only a dream. It couldn't have... couldn't have been real...
Oh, sister, I've missed you so...
#3 and maybe a 5/4 Combo later? Is this okay . > .
[Cid woke early, a hold over from having just come out of a most unusual war. He had taken quite readily to the drink, coffee and was enjoying a cup before he heard the footsteps above him. The drones were not yet awake, so it must have been another. He steps out onto the lawn, cloak thrown on and sword out...only to meet a friendly sungazer]
Bah, you need not worry. I was already awake. [He, too, takes the time to watch the sunrise] Yes, it is true. That they have not yet stolen the sun from us gives me some hope.
This is great!!!
That last subject line seemed to mean!
haha don't sweat it

The promised 5/4!
[Of course, he never expected to see something like a giant spider woman. He was mildly appeased with his choice to go about in full armor. He approached with his hand on his hilt afore the woman spoke, like a lulled whisper]
I apologize, but I neither am your sister nor do I know her. Pray tell, you are another one of the displaced residents or some manner of beast summoned by our captors?

I apologize, but I know not neither of you or this Quelaag. I am Cidolfus, a human man.
Re: 3. KNIGHT SOLAIRE
...What are you doing up there?
