Very well, I apologize for that thing I don't remember doing for the reasons I don't remember having, resulting in the damage I don't remember causing. I'm sure that apology must be OH SO SATISFYING, isn't it? But perhaps that isn't enough, so feel free to "shiv" me, as you say, while I am utterly without power and defenseless, if that makes you feel better.
