Sarah was absorbed in her studies, her eyes remained on the books about a different sort of magic. The library was her secondary home from home and each time she went there was for silence. The white-blonde was not one who was easily approached by others out of concern. Today was different, someone who interrupt her.

While she did work for the Church, without Luc she did not feel comfortable within its walls. Sarah chose to find a quiet place outside in one of the gardens, it was beautiful and open. Many would consider this an invitation while she was seat on the ground with her hands near some of the flower beds.

[ And who else would it have been to approach her first? Clad in his normal green coat, Luc takes a seat next to her, reading over her shoulder. ]

[ He comments idly. He didn't understand their language nearly as well as she did, but he recognized the letters. ]

What is this for?

[Sarah concentrated on her books until there was a solid warmth beside her. She was well aware of a set of eyes looking over her shoulder but no one would dare do such a thing randomly. Using her right hand, she lifted it and settled it into his chocolate hair, a light rub was given before she pulled away.]

I am reading on something involving their pilgrimage from Falena. It is surprising to see you in the library, Master.

Falena is very, very far away.

[ He dismisses her comment, and does nothing as she strokes his hair. He's gotten used to her displays of affection, though he rarely ever returns them. ]

I had a feeling that I would find you here.

Yes, it is. I was curious as to whether they traveled north first or last during their time.

[She thought it was strange that he would seek her out. Luc wasn't one to come to her unless something was needed. Instead of reading further, she closed her book and turned her head to face him.]

Was there something you need of me, Master Luc?

I believe they went north.

[ Luc recalled as much from what he had heard from the Seeress about Falena, anyway. Her next question, however, made him blink, and tilt his head. ]

No. I only wished to see what you were doing.

[To see what she was doing? That was abnormal, he was not one to check on what she was doing. It was nice that he actually thought of her enough to come visit her. To show that the gesture would not go unnoticed, she offered a small smile.]

I was seeing that pattern in this book. It is very nice of you to spend time with me, Master.

[ Spending time with her? He didn't quite think of it that way. He was just curious about what, exactly, she does in her free time. Sometimes, he had to remind her that she wasn't his servant. He had actual servants for that.

... But, neither of them had any pressing matters that required their attention at that very moment. Maybe it wouldn't hurt to stay with her here, a while. ]

There is no need to thank me, Sarah. You have been pushing yourself too hard, lately.

[While Ky had question Luc's motivations for dismissing the charges of Heresy against Sarah - it seem unfair to hold it against her, especially since they have a succubus in their ranks for Crystal Sakes]

Doing some gardening?

[There wasn't many who approached her, especially with such charges dismissed. Sarah played silently with a lone flower, pulling down the petals without breaking it to check out its insides. While she studied and admired a voice came from her side.

Sarah raised her head and looked in the direction of Ky.]

I am not one for gardening. I am merely admiring the flowers in the garden. It is a particularly nice day.

It's not often people take the time to admire the flowers here.

[Sarah was not one for smiling, she just didn't. If she could have showed that she was appreciative that someone else had her point of view? She'd have smiled.

Instead, Sarah chose to nod and picked one simplistic daisy. Raising her hand, she offered it to the knight.]

I was not aware that knights found this a pleasure?

Well it's more that one has the time to stop and take pleasure in such -

[Sarah tilted her head slightly to the right when he did not take it. She urged him to take it by offered it to him a second time without saying anything about it.]

Are knights always such busy people?

[Normally, Archer isn't one to approach others. But after a long day's research in the library, she notices someone who hasn't moved from her position when she came in...]

[Sarah always busied herself for hours on end, she had nothing else to do. She was one to spend hours inside the library, looking for books in her interests. She'd been sitting there an awfully long time before someone approached her and spoke to her. Tilting her head in the direction of the woman, she nodded.]

I'm quite alright. I get consumed by my studies, have I done something wrong?

Nothing wrong. You'll damage your eyesight if you don't take a break, though.

[chizen]

[Sarah tilted her head, she didn't understand that. How could your eyesight be damaged by reading.]

What else should I do, if not studying?

Well, there's more to study than books, for one, even if you like them as much as I do. And regardless of what you're pursuing, taking a break is usually necessary.

I am not accustomed to breaks. [Sarah closed her book, settling it properly. Once finished, she stood up and tilted her head at the other girl.] What should I be doing instead of studying?

Getting some fresh air and stretching your muscles couldn't hurt. Would you care to take a walk?
