 1) combat

He steps back in Heavyarms, taking a few direct hits, but he ignores them for a brief moment scanning the area, he told the others he'd make sure the civilians were covered until they could escape.  Waiting until the enemy is closer he opens fire, five of the mobile suits fall with ease.  

"Just leaves the one."  His words aren't really for anyone, maybe just there to let his comrades know he wasn't killed in the exploding machines.  Trowa charges forward, compensating for the extra weight of the gatling gun that's his suit's arm.  Flicking the knife out of where it's folded on the right he goes in for the kill.

2) up and about

He's seated in a common area the book in his lap's old and worn, he's read it hundreds of times before.  Though he's really not really reading.  He's watching people, judging maybe?  Maybe you should go figure out what he's doing?

As warlike as they are, attacking civilians is anathema to most clanners. To do so shows dishonor. So covering their escape is a duty they readily volunteered for. Mixed in with the ragtag convoy where several ten foot tall elemental power armors and following the convoy, Resnick in his Timber Wolf. He swivels the torso around to face Heavyarms

Hearing the voice on the com he switched it over first to see if he recognized the pilot. "We need another ten minutes to be sure this area's evacuated"

In other words, yes. "Be careful some of those units seem to be faster than the Leos."

"Aff, moving to assist." And he does. One of the Leos is caught dead center by a flight of LRMs and goes down, firing its autorifle into the air as it topples. He seems easily able to outclass the ground-bound Leos.

But then an Ares' squad slams fire into his vulnerable rear armor and he staggers, cursing the savashri freebirths of OZ and their land-air mechs.

Trowa's gunfire flew at the Ares as he toppled over, the younger pilot leaving his location since his targets were down, covering the other machine still keeping the countdown.

He also was listening to the com's to hear when they said the last truck was leaving.

"You okay?"

"Aff. Stravags, attacking en masse. So much for the nobility of OZ."

He started his omnimech towards Trowa so they could stand back to back. Hopefully that would keep the Leos and Ares on them long enough for the civvies to get out of there.

"May be my fault. Gundams bring out the worst in them." He had no problem with the other machine behind him, after all it's probably less dangerous for him back there.
