[There's an all out battle raging and you're in the middle of it, people are cut off and the enemy is all over the place. It seems times are dark when all of a sudden the sound of a horn blares into the air as a bright red truck ramps off a fallen highway - transforming mid-air into a robot and smashing its... his fist into the head of one of the larger foes. A tremendous crash rings through the air as Optimus Prime stands back to back with you on the battlefield.]
This battle is getting out of hand, we need to end it quickly and decisively.
[Prime fires a shot before glancing at you. A wise leader can change the ebb and flow of battle, but even then he knows when to ask others for their thoughts.]
Now more than ever I am open to suggestions since they are your foes... And you don't have to raise your hand before you say anything.
[You could swear that despite lacking a visible mouth, you can tell Optimus is smiling at you.]

[Perhaps a battle has been lost. Perhaps a friend has been injured or killed, or an enemy that you have a vendetta against has hurt your pride once more and had escaped your vengeance. No matter what has happened Prime had requested you accompany him for a drive, and by drive you're actually riding in his truck form as the scenery passes by.]
I will not state the obvious, nor will I ask you to change how you feel as others may have done. There has been a loss on this day and not much can change that...
But I want you to know this. Though it may seem trite to say, you did all that you could have in that battle.
[Optimus is attempting to help you through this rough time. But the question is... do you WANT his help?]

[Its a glorious day, the sun is shining, the birds are singing and its a clear blue sky up above with clouds so white and soft they may as well be cotton puffs. And across the way you can see the gallant leader of the Autobots, Optimus Prime. But what is he doing you ask?]
I did some research prior to this but I think someone I know would be a better judge than myself... am I doing this correctly?
[Optimus is indulging in some human recreational activity - be it a sport, some arts and crafts or even making the world's biggest dessert for Matrix only knows what reason. Perhaps he was trying to immerse himself more in Earth's culture, perhaps someone just wanted to have some fun, or perhaps he had heard about the human tradition of birthdays and wanted to make someone a truck sized cake. Who can say? Whatever he's doing though, you're the one that got him involved.]

[Taking advice on desserts from what looks like the bare-bones skeleton of an android, an assemblage that lacks even concessions like artifical skin? Well, maybe Optimus doesn't know any better. Or maybe he's tapped in to the network enough for it to overlay the image of a young woman with long dark hair over the mechanical frame, one who looks like she has a personal stake in this culinary experiment turning out well.]

[Yes, because Optimus is quite large compared to her. Still, can't fault him for trying.]
Still, it shouldn't be too difficult, I just need to apply some delicacy...
[Of course the last time Optimus said he was going to apply such a thing he lockpicked a door... by shooting it.]

[Prime sounded a little grave at the end, but the sentiment was there. He owed people... and he didn't want to be the kind of being who refused to be thankful for the help and hard work of others.]
