[Wiping his face with a somewhat soggy looking towel, Equius looks at you from his workbench, which is strewn with tools, metal, wire, and other impressively technological-looking things.]

[So, there was a flesh-eating fire-breathing space horse attacking the space ship, because crux fleet is going to have a freaking incredible setting when it gets off the ground. Oh my god.]

[Equius does not look so enthusiastic about this, despite having easily punched the head off the horse. It's kind of hard to read his expression through those silly sunglasses of his, but could he look... upset? What could someone so STRONG feel bad about? Someone should definitely ask.]

[Welcome to Equius' apartment! It is not in the best condition, though clearly there have been attempts to repair various crushed or broken things-- the door handles are probably a loss, crunched up like wads of paper, but plates of metal cover holes in the walls, gouges in furniture, and other such accidents. It's pretty clear Equius isn't used to cleaning, either-- there's an attempt going in one corner, but he seems to have forgotten a bucket to go with his mop, and the broom is shattered into a truly impressive amount of pieces, what little of it can be seen under the pile of destroyed bows and shattered glassware.]

[Hopefully, whoever is visiting him is wearing shoes with nice, thick soles.]

[Awkwardly polite, Equius invites,] Please, sit down. Would you like refreshments? Perhaps a glass of milk?

Eve does not recall herself acting 'impolitely' to you. She simply stated the truth, based on her own observations.

[Oh shi--shoot. Equius hadn't been aware at all that he was in the presence of royalty, and he looks extremely taken aback. Even if it's not troll royalty, nobility is still nobility, and he certainly can't claim to higher status than a queen!]

Equius gets a non-soggy towel from his sylladex (which will look like "out of nowhere" to anyone else) and wipes his face some more.] My-- my apologies, your majesty. [Possibly too happy? This kid is a little weird, if Eve hadn't noticed. Still, he looks and sounds earnest enough, even if the sweating is getting a little out of hand. He moves on to a third towel.]

[Proper or not, the bow and his general behaviour is certainly acknowledged. It's almost nostalgic, a reaction like this. It's been a long, long time since she's been treated as proper royalty... though that may be in part to do with the company she usually keeps.

(Equius, you don't need to kowtow just because the people you usually get all submissive around aren't here.)] I specialize in combat robots and prosthetics, especially limbs, though I have constructed a fully functional soulbot before. Ah, a full-body prosthetic for a ghost, I mean.

[A slightly pained expression crosses Equius' face, because that ghost robot was his girlfriend and also blew up before saying goodbye to him, and he is thirteen and it hurt.

He does not tell Eve this, though, because it sounds bad to say "that one blew up" when it functioned perfectly well otherwise!]

I do not have any examples of the prosthetics, but I do have a few undamaged robots, if you would like to see them?
