[Ever since he had arrived in the town of Mayfield, the man known as Tsukasa Kadoya had been a regular at the Park, normally there with a cardboard sign, which reads 'PHOTOS TAKEN HERE'. When he doesn't have a subject to photo, he will just quietly take photos of scenery or animals.]

[B: Phone Call, unfiltered]

Oi, oi. I want everyone to know that tomorrow, I, Tsukasa Kadoya, will again be at the park, and I want any interested being to come out there to see if they're worthy of being photographed by me.

[She's training as usual in the park when she feels like she's being watched. It only takes her a moment to find the guy with the sign and camera. Her eyes narrow and her lips twist into a scowl as she approaches him.]

Who are you taking those pictures for?

[When he hears the sound of the somewhat angry woman talking to him, he holds up a finger, then turns, fixes the focus on his camera and presses the lever on his camera.]

Myself. The world.

[He looks up and smirks.]

Its my goal to photograph everything in this world.

I better not find pictures of my plastered around town, or else I'll have to castrate you.

Oh, the photos will be yours if you want them. They are of you, after all. I'm merely the one taking the photograph.

[At the threat, Tsukasa just shakes his head.]

You can try to do that, I imagine. It's not as easy as you might think.

As long as you're not trying to make anyone look like a fool, except maybe Mustang, then I don't care to have them.

Trust me, you don't want to find out how easy that is, but I suppose it wouldn't do any good hearing seeing as how you wake up in mint condition after dying.

[Hi, this is a teenage girl's voice. What's most noteworthy about it is how extremely quiet she is. What she's saying can still be made out, but Tsukasa might have to perk up his ears a bit.]

I don't, it's up to the camera to decide. If the photo comes out correctly, then you're obviously worthy of the photo.

[There is a pause.]

Uh. None yet. Not due to any of my own mistakes, though. The worlds that I've been to will twist the photo, like it's trying to run away from me.

[randomencounter]

[ Well, okay. Mayfield was...interesting so far. Razor blades and whatnot in the milk? Drones who just smile and talk like there's nothing wrong?

Yeah, uh... how 'bout no? But, that didn't mean she couldn't at least try to spread the cheer to everyone else.

So, while on her way to deliver some things, she notices the sign that's up and tilts her head curiously. Free photos? Ah, what the hell - she had time to spare.

With a skip in her step and a warm smile on her face, she lightly taps Tsukasa on the shoulder. ]

Hey! I saw you had a sign up for free photos. I didn't know we had a photographer in Mayfield!

[Tsukasa was kneeling down, taking a picture of some ducks on the water. When he is tapped on the shoulder, he quickly focuses the camera and takes a snap of the water fowl.]

Not just any photographer. I'm the photographer who will capture everything in the world on his film.

[He slowly gets up, turning towards the young woman. He doesn't look at her directly, just through the lens of his twin-reflex camera, focusing it.]

Well, I will when I find a place in the world that's worthy of my skill.

[He snaps a photo, winds the film, then looks up at the young woman.]

[ Everything in the world, huh? That's some kinda goal to her. However, while he doesn't make eye contact with her, she decides to pose a bit with a smile, of course. ]

What do you mean worthy of your skill? Do you only focus on taking the best pictures?

[ When he does make eye contact with her, she's still smiling and gives him a little wave next.

And then it dawns on her: She hasn't given him her name yet! How rude. ]

Ah! I'm Hikari Hoshi, nice to meet'cha. How long have you been here for?

[Tsukasa thinks about that for a moment, then shakes his head.]

Not really, what I mean is that I'm looking for a world that doesn't try and run away from me when I attempt to capture it.

[He nods once to Hikari.]

I'm Tsukasa Kadoya. I've been here for a couple months, which is longer than I usually like staying in any one place. Not that I have much of a choice right now.

Well...aren't you full of yourself.

['Worthy' of being photographed? What a joke.]

It's not being full of yourself if it's true. You don't believe me? Come by tomorrow, and I'll show you.

[The smirk in Tsukasa's voice is audible.]

Sorry. I don't have the time to waste.

If you want to 'judge' me, then you'll have to make due with now. Besides, who knows if you're even good with that thing.

Tch. I guess you really aren't worth my time then. I mean, if you're afraid to have your picture taken by me, then what kind of a man are you?

I'm the man that will capture the world on film, that's what makes me a hotshot. And it's not my attention that you have to be worried about, it's whether or not you're worthy of being captured on film by me.
