[Ever since he had arrived in the town of Mayfield, the man known as Tsukasa Kadoya had been a regular at the Park, normally there with a cardboard sign, which reads 'PHOTOS TAKEN HERE'. When he doesn't have a subject to photo, he will just quietly take photos of scenery or animals.]

[B: Phone Call, unfiltered]

Oi, oi. I want everyone to know that tomorrow, I, Tsukasa Kadoya, will again be at the park, and I want any interested being to come out there to see if they're worthy of being photographed by me.

[Tsukasa blinks, then gets an angry look on his face. He points at the woman with the hand holding the buckle.]

Y-You know what I mean! It's an expression!

[He puts the buckle near his waist, and it forms a belt. He holds a card in front of his face, with an odd character on it.]

[Tsukasa casually flicks the card down towards the buckle, and it makes a noise. He moves his hands to close the buckle.]

Kamen Ride! D-D-D-DECADE!

[The shadows of nine beings spin around Tsukasa for a moment before combining with the man. He briefly looks colorless, before the Magenta takes hold, and the black sections of his mask fill in. He casually claps the dust off his hands and points to the annoying woman.]

See what I mean?

Oh, you have a shiny suit on now. You'll have to show me what it can do if you're trying to impress me.

[Kamen Rider Decade just nods once, reaching to the side of belt and pulling off the card holder. He quickly converts it to Ride Booker Sword mode. He slides his hand down the blade before pointing it at Olivia.]

I saw you practicing, and it looks like this is your preferred weapon. I'll go easy on you, and just use this form.

[Cocky as ever, Decade. This is absolutely going to end well.]

[She smirks and brandishes her sword in his direction.]

Such a gentleman, eh? Giving the poor woman an edge. How about I let you make the first move then?

[Decade nods once, falls into a stance, then rushes forward. For a man in armor, he seems to move quickly. When he gets into range, he will lash out with his sword. It's quick, but searching. He's trying to gauge her skill.]

[She's in her own stance, her feet spaced apart for maximum stability as she blocks his strike with her own sword and pushes back.]
