A] Action!
[There is an old man at the school gym, after hours.
He is practicing basic martial art stances and basic katas.
Complaining to no one in particular.]
I have been old for so long, I forgot what it's like to actually feel old.
B] Phone!
I am attempting to entertain the child I have been put in charge of.
Can someone kindly explain to me how American Football works?
C] Action!
[It is cold, raining and windy out today.
A friendly old man notices you heading to work, or to school, and pulls up along-side you.]
Need a ride? It is a miserable day for walking.
D] Action! - After regains.
[It's nice out. There isn't a cloud in the sky. The day looks to be a peaceful one.
Except for that large, flaming, wooden cart wheel flying down the road. Is that a face on it, screaming in anger?]
(I could not find a good pic of Hell Girl - Wanyudo's wheel so this will do for now.)

A- [Action]
Sounds like you're gettin' senile there, old man.

Senile?
Back in the day, children feared to say such things liked that elders to their elders. At least, where they could hear it.

[He approaches, getting into his own ready stance and began his bounce with his fists up.]

[He moves into a stance. That much at least came naturally.
He pauses, though, remembering his current state.
He moves to stand straight, instead, and bows. Conceeding the fight before it begins.]
Though, I suppose sparring over a slight is something more suited for the young.

[He stops his bouncing for a moment and returns the gesture. He is already gauging in figuring out that this man he's facing isn't just some opponent and he is instantly reminded of Rafael.
He then slides into the more traditional martial arts stance, he choose the cat stance for quick turns and faster response to frontal hits.]

Though, if you wish to help with my practice.
[Watches him, and once more falls into a defensive stance.]
Try to go easy on this old man.

[He takes the initiative and spins, coming in low with his leg extended out for a sweeping trip.]
no subject
He's not as fast as he'd like to be, though.]

He's been in enough fights to know that pacing is the key. Let the enemy come to him but this wasn't that kind of fight. He begins moving to the side in a predatory manner, looking for any opening.]
no subject
Trying to ready himself for a strike from his faster moving opponent.
Then, he stumbles, as if his ankle was not up for the task of keeping up with his own actions. Leaving a good opening as he couldn't just step aside.]
no subject
Ya a'right?
[That wasn't an opening that he wanted to see but maybe it was time to do some kata training instead.]
I...think we should stick with katas.
