[In all honesty, Gabe already suspects his friend of being in the same situation as him. Since they're both from a world different to this one, it seems the most likely possibility. He still hasn't approached the subject though, since it's such a bizarre set of circumstances.]

[His phone is snap shut, giving Hank a clear view of it. If he can recognize the distinctive design of Noblesse phones, then this will get a whole lot more simple.]

Hrm...Perhaps they think that we could use it more creatively, or with less bureaucracy. Think of the research you could do with a budget like that!

[He may or may not have other ideas, but if Gabe's here too then the vigilante option isn't looking so good.]

Well, hey, can't argue with that. If there's one thing you can count on me for, it's staying away from politics.

Maybe we actually could get some widespread progress through research... but it'll have to be pretty innovative to meet the demands of whoever is behind this.

Is there a time limit for this outside of the budget we're given? It could take some time, but the right work could really make a difference.
