[1] [Standard Combat Prompt]
[Its an all out battle on the border between North and South Cho-Son, and things have just taken a turn for the worse. The massive but poor quality army of mechanized ground forces of the north and the relatively small army of variable air-ground combat mecha of the south which had been already clashing soon found themselves knee deep in what looked to be nightmarish mechanical versions of various forms of sea life. However despite the appearance of such beasts, the North Cho-Son forces refuse to relent their attack on the South, as well as all forces they deem as 'interfering outsiders'. All except one that is. In fact it also happened to be the only one that lasted more than five minutes and was not going out of its way to make the battle an even larger mess, choosing to focus more on the inhuman enemies.]
This is getting frustrating...
[The pilot lets out several shots at a beast that attempted to take a bite out of it - a majority of the shots didn't do anything but one of them somehow managed to jam the beast's jaw before she chucked several grenades in and kicked it away.]
I know you don't owe me anything considering the fact that the fools holding my leash are out to kill you as well, but if anything I don't suppose you mind lending me a hand so we can get rid of these... things faster?
[2] [Not so standard interaction post]
[The Greater Citizenry's Heavenly Republic of Cho-Son (aka North Cho-Son) has in its great and resplendent benevolence allowed you inferior outsiders to enter its hallowed territory despite your ineptitude, unworthiness and general filth covered foreign-ness. Its a dump. Everything here looks so horrifically out of date, what cars are present are more suited to the early forties and those themselves are a rarity! Most people have to make do with carts, or bicycles! Electricity is restricted to government buildings, the privileged - who themselves are shockingly behind the times as well, industry and military as well as the lucky few the Grand High Prime Minister for Life Jun Kang-Jo had decided to benevolently grant in his almighty and heavenly kindness.]
"We've arrived."
[But that was a matter for another time. You soon find yourself escorted to the Republic's most maximum security military prison, where their most lethal soldier rests. Your guide leads you to the security booth beside the massive cell where she sits. You can see what appears to be a security panel with several dials and monitors linked to several cameras right in front of her cell. Which honestly is kind of superfluous since a guard can simply just look to his left and keep an eye on her rather than the black and white seventies radiotron-esque tv screens on the security station - which itself lies empty. Your guide turns to regard you, back to the station and not at all looking at the chained, strait-jacketed, chained, cuffed, chained, secured and thoroughly chained young woman in the positively spartan cell - decorated by the Flag of the Heavenly Republic and large glossies and portaits of Jun Kang-Jo himself.]

"This is the most secure cell in the Republic, completely inescapable and designed by the greatest prison architects in Cho-Son. Normally such a valued person would be given more comfortable lodgings, such skill would even earn immense benefits like electricity and a private plumbing system! However, Miss Xue Yi is something of a free spirit and often her actions are troubling to the Grand High Prime Minister for Life. However we do not enjoy imprisoning her like this... and hope that she can accept the Grand High Prime Minister for Life's leadership and the way of life of the Republic. As such several of our scholars and artisans visit her to enlighten-"
[The guide's long winded explanation drones on. However something catches your eyes on the screen behind him. The woman in the cell? Xue Yi he called her? Was calmly pulling herself out of the myriad chains, cuffs and bonds, calmly worked her way out of the strait jacket and calmly opened the cell door - taking with her a few of the glossies and the large flag. Then she walked into the security room, her path - being behind the ever rambling guide and into the bathroom not too far away. After a few moments the sound of flushing water could be heard as she exited, drying her hands on one sole picture before crumpling it up and tossing it behind her and returning to her cell - calmly getting back into the complete mess that she was placed in the cell with when you walked in.]
"-and thus the Greater Citizenry's Heavenly Republic of Cho-Son was formed and we hope to bring our enlightened lifestyle to all the ignorant peoples of the world. If you have any questions I will be waiting here, you may go inside to speak with Miss Xue Yi, but I must warn you, we have armed guards all around this building if you intend any mischief."
[He inclines his head and allows you into the room where the cell was before closing the door after you.]
[....Soooo.... What do you say to her?]
[3] [Standard interaction prompt]
[After a few hours of shenanigans, Xue Yi managed to find her way out of her jail cell and is now hanging out with you at one of the few places in North Cho-Son that wasn't decorated with the face or a statue of Jun Kang-Jo. Its an abandoned construction project. One people were pointedly ignoring - making it the perfect place to hide really.]
Its interesting isn't it? One of the few places untouched by the ego and stupidity of their leader and it's the most barren. I can't call it an improvement... but I can't say its any worse.
[She lets out a derisive noise and shakes her head.]
So... let's talk then. Why did you come to a country filled with Nationalistic Maniacs, Pride-Blinded Fools and a leader who is both as well as a tremendous imbecile?

We're all doomed. Run while we're still able!

We're all going to die, then! And for what? It's for meaningless politic and superiors that do not care for us! It's all in vain! I'm in despair! Dying in vain makes me despair!
no subject
[Xue Yi's tone was torn between annoyance and some mild amusement at just how much he's overreacting. Either way she's shooting as well.]
Considering you're still alive, doesn't that mean you're living in vain?
no subject
(but despite that, he keeps on fighting, you might even notice that he dodges and shoots even more ferociously now.)
no subject
I presume because some of us are too stubborn to die.
