He throws the publication in question onto the bar, probably upsetting a few of the glasses and not caring one whit. "I am NOT a QUAIL!"

Shen leans closer, eyes wide and maniacal, and when he speaks his voice is very quiet and very intense. "Aren't you meant to inform said readers? As in, educate them? Shen goes very still. He's still maybe three inches away from her and can smell the alcohol on her breath. He's no teetotaler by any stretch of the imagination, but he clearly comes to the decision that this is not at all a conversation worth continuing. In fact, without moving anything else, he reaches out one wing, snatches up the glass in front of her, and quaffs its contents in one gulp. It joins the empties.

This little display of ... dominance, I suppose, complete, he narrows his eyes at her. "Don't do it again."

With that, he turns to leave.
